I’m Nelson Alfaro, a Certified Building Official and Residential Plans Examiner with over 25 years in construction, inspection, and drafting. I bring a deep understanding of both building design and code compliance, ensuring that every project I take on is both creative and buildable.
Before offering residential drafting services, I spent years as a Building Inspector and Plans Examiner for multiple California cities. That hands-on experience helps my clients avoid delays, costly corrections, and permit issues.
